*Due to the U.K.'s departure from the EU (Brexit), the export process to the Republic of Ireland has become very difficult to navigate. From the 1st of July 2021 there has been many more changes and additions to an already complicated process to send and receive goods from the Republic of Ireland. With these extra complications and conditions appearing and often without warning, we have had to temporarily stop accepting orders from the Republic of Ireland until further notice, or at least until the process becomes easier to navigate for us and our customers.

Here at Incuvet, we believe in offering the fairest and most competitive shipping rates. Since we only operate within the UK and Ireland, we have been able to negotiate the best possible rates with DPD and Royal Mail. There's no such thing as a free delivery, since the postman needs wages too! But for all orders over £50, we completely subsidise your delivery costs which enables us to offer a FREE UK MAINLAND delivery service.

RETURNS

You can return any item to us for exchange or refund within 28 days of receiving your original order. Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received and any liquids, feeds or powders must not have been used.

When returning any item to us, it is highly recommended to use a trackable service as we cannot be held liable for any returns lost in the post. In certain circumstances we may arrange for your return to be collected by DPD. In these cases you will need to ensure that the item is adequately packed. The DPD driver will provide the returns label but it is your responsibility to ensure that the driver is handed the correct item at the pre-agreed pick-up time. We reserve the right to charge you (£25) for missed/incorrect collections.

Once we have received your return in its original condition we will email you to confirm receipt, and either order your alternatives or issue a refund. If you have requested a refund, this will typically take 5 days from receipt of returned items to process, dependent on bank/card issuer. If you have requested an alternative item, this will be dispatched on receipt of returned items, and will then take up to 3 working days to reach you.
