Our main priority is to minimise the downtime of your equipment and business. Therefore, each service and repair request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
The first port of call is to repair the machine remotely, sending you the parts directly with clear instructions on how you can resolve your issue.
However, if that option is not viable, we can arrange collection of the machine and fix the problem at our repair centre.

You can subscribe to a regular service pack to ensure your equipment stays in excellent condition.
Meanwhile, in case of the extremely unlikely event that any parts of your machine fail, we always work in your best interests to quickly find a solution.

In very rare, severe cases where we cannot repair a machine promptly, we provide courtesy equipment to ensure your practice continues to run smoothly.
All of our machines are covered by a minimum of one year by a manufacturers’ warranty, with many of our suppliers providing even longer guarantee periods.
We strive to work in your best interests and if requested we’ll automatically register your warranty and send written confirmation within days of your order.
